Yin Yoga rehydrates and creates more flexibility in the joints, and brings patience, ease and surrender within. On an energetic level, yin yoga poses can stimulate and remove blockages in the meridians of the body, which creates a balancing effect on the internal organs and systems. Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels, and is a great way to bring more balance into our busy lives.
