SALES POLICY 

All sales of memberships, class packs, drop-in sessions, and privates are final and non-refundable.


CLASS CANCELATION POLICY

A class credit will be lost and a fee will be applied if a cancellation is made within 4 hours of the scheduled class time.

Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a $15 fee.

As a courtesy, each student will receive one complimentary late cancellation, where the fee is waived and the class credit is returned to your account.


WORKSHOP CANCELATION POLICY

Workshop cancellations are eligible for a full refund if requested at least 3 days prior to the start of the workshop.

No refunds or credits will be issued for missed workshops or cancellations made within 3 days of the workshop start time



MEMBERSHIP CANCELATION POLICY

Practice Yoga offers a one-time early termination option during the initial twelve‑month or three‑month term. To terminate early, members must:

  • Provide at least thirty (30) days written notice

  • Pay two hundred fifty dollars ($250) or fifty percent (50%) of the remaining contract balance, whichever amount is less

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@practiceyoganaples.com. A 30‑day notice prior to your next billing cycle is required to cancel.

Memberships will continue to auto‑renew until written cancellation is received and processed.

CLASS PACKS

All class pack sales are final. Class packs expire six (6) months from the date of activation.

Unused classes will not be extended, transferred, or refunded.

CLASS ATTENDANCE + TIMELINESS

Class sign-up will close 5 minutes prior to the start of class.

Out of respect for all students and to maintain a safe, uninterrupted experience, anyone arriving more than 5 minutes after the class start time will not be permitted to join.

Students may arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before class begins. This allows our team adequate time to transition between classes, allow students to exit, and properly prepare the space for the next session.

CELL PHONE USE

We kindly ask that all cell phones be placed on silent while in the studio, even if your phone is stored in a cubby or inside your bag.

Please take all phone calls outside of the studio and be mindful of how cell phone use may interrupt or distract others. Our goal is to maintain a peaceful and distraction-free environment for everyone.
