The 200-Hour Teacher Training Program

At Practice Yoga, we believe that yoga gives us access to open up, empower ourselves, and live an inspired life. We believe that great yoga teachers do not show up for themselves, but for their students. We believe that the practice of yoga is sacred, and that it is the responsibility of the teacher to create and hold the space for the students to experience the best of themselves, and that in doing so, teachers are given access to experience the best of themselves.

Practice Yoga teachers use yoga as a tool to gain deeper self awareness, to build connection, and create community.
Practice Yoga’s 200hr teacher training is an environment of extraordinary standards, where the bar is held high. You will be requested to show up in 100% participation and you will amaze yourself by your capacity to deliver. You will not only learn what and how to teach, you will discover who you are for yourself and others. You will move from the world of me, to the world of we. You will gain access to the tools needed for you to teach yoga as a natural expression of who you are.

Practice Yoga’s Teacher Training consists of 5 weekend immersions starting at 10:30am on Friday, September 15. During these immersions, you will experience the magic that is created through community and team building. You will practice asana, meditation, and personal discovery. You will develop communication skills that will empower you to be effective as a teacher and in your life. You will find that as you grow as a teacher, you will also grow as a person, with a greater sensitivity of how to empower yourself and those around you.

All Friday sessions will begin at 10:30am

All Saturday and Sunday sessions will begin at 7:30am

All Sunday sessions will end at 4pm

payment policy

A $500 non-refundable deposit for the program must be paid at time of registration for each payment plan choice.

cancellation/refund policy

If a participant cancels at least 6-weeks prior to the start date of the Training, he or she will receive a refund of all tuition monies paid as of such cancellation date, less the $500 non-refundable deposit. If a participant cancels prior to the start of the Program but within 6-weeks of the start of the Program, he or she will not be entitled to a refund of any tuition paid; however, he or she will receive a credit to be used towards a future Practice Yoga training program equal to 100% of all tuition paid as of such cancellation date, less the $500 non-refundable deposit. If a participant cancels on or following the start date of the Program, he or she will not be entitled to a refund of any tuition paid; however, he or she will receive a credit to be used towards a future Practice Yoga training program equal to 50% of the pro-rated unused portion of tuition paid as of such cancellation date, less the $500 non-refundable application fee. Any tuition credit received shall expire 12-months from the date of issue.

This program requires 100% of your participation presence to receive your certification of completion. Any unexcused absence is cause for removal from the program without a refund. Practice Yoga reserves the right to cancel a program at any time. If Practice Yoga cancels the program, a full refund or credit towards a future program will be issued. Practice Yoga reserves the right to amend this policy at its sole discretion.
